THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. However we will redo a style or correct style if it is not to your liking, Explicit Styles is about customer satisfaction so will try our best to achieve or execute the hair style that you desire
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS ACCORDING TO OUR SPECIALISTS’ AVAILABILITY AND SPECIALTY. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. ARRIVING LATE MAY LIMIT THE TIME ALLOCATED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IT MAY LESSEN OUR EFFECTIVENESS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR PLEASURE AND ENJOYMENT. IF YOU ARE EXCESSIVELY LATE, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IF A CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY, PLEASE CONTACT US AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED, BUT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SECURE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER AHEAD OF ANY SERVICE.
WALK-INS ARE WELCOMED at Explicit Styles Salon. We make every effort to service walk-in clients, However, we ask to please call ahead for longer services such as weave/extensions, coloring/ highlights, etc.
Due to the safety and the liability involved when bringing children to the salon, we ask that you please do not bring children to the salon who are not being serviced.
We strive to keep a clean environment for you and all of our clients, therefore, please keep the amount of food brought in at a minimum.
IF YOUR SERVICES REQUIRE FOR YOU BE WASHED AND BLOWDRIED
BEFORE APPOINTMENT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BLOW DRIED STRAIGHT! IF HAIR IS DIRTY, OILY, WET, TANGLED, AIR DRIED, OR NOT FULL BLOWN OUT THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE OF $10 - $30 EXTRA OF ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE.
ALL CLIENTS (CURRENT AND NEW) WHO SCHEDULE FOR A CHEMICAL SERVICE OR HAIR EXTENSION SERVICE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A SERVICE WAVIER FORM WILL BE ISSUED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT - NO SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETED IF YOU DO NOT SIGN (THIS WAVIER WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AND COMPLETED DURING EACH SALON VISITATION)
Please arrive 15 minutes early especially for NEW CLIENTS paperwork may need to be filled out. Also, no checks are allowed but cash, credit (Mastercard, AMEX & VISA) as well as debit is accepted. There will be a 3% sales tax to any service that is charged with debit/ credit card. We look forward to servicing you.
